The Borough of Ellwood City offers its electric customers an easy and secure system to pay their bills online. The system allows customers to pay via credit card or debit card, make quick and easy transactions, set-up an auto-pay, receive electronic reminders, receive credit on the same business day, and access payment history and account details.

If you are interested in the online bill pay services, use the link above to register for an account.  Logging in allows you to view and download your statements, set up autopay or make a one time payment as well as view your payment history on your dashboard.

If you have not paid your bill in a timely manner and are scheduled for termination of services or services have already been terminated, DO NOT pay through the Online Payment System. You must come into the Municipal Building to pay any resulting fees in order to have your service restored.
