The Borough of Ellwood City offers a Code RED system for emergency notification system alerts to our residents.

Residents are encouraged to fill out the CodeRED Community Notification Enrollment Form below.  You can also text ELLWOOD to 99411 to enroll your information from your mobile phone.

The secure, customized Community Notification Enrollment (CNE) page allows residents and businesses to add or update their contact information to ensure they will be included when a message is sent.

Terms and Conditions:
When enrolling by TTE (Text to Enroll), you will text “ELLWOOD” to 99411*. You’ll receive a link on your mobile device that you can click to enroll to receive alerts. You will only receive this text once when you’re initiating enrollment. Note: keywords are not case sensitive.

Stop:
If you don’t want to receive any notifications from 99411, you’ll need to text Stop to 99411*.
