2022 Borough Military Banners Program

Borough of Ellwood City Introduces Its 2022 Military Banners Program

The Borough of Ellwood City is happy to introduce the Ellwood City Military Banners Programs to the Veterans who are residents of the Ellwood City area or Lincoln High School graduates.

This does not include active-duty or persons living outside the Ellwood City Borough limits (Chewton, Perry, and Wayne Townships, Ellport, Koppel, and Wampum).

To have your loved one included in the program, please complete the form below and submit your check in the amount of $100.00 and a high quality Military Photo.

The banners are double-sided, therefore, if you have someone you would like to share a banner with please include that with the form. If you do not specify they will be randomly assigned. This program is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE and since there is limited space in the borough, some people may need to be placed on a wait list until the following year. If this were to happen the banners will be placed on a cycle each year.

The banners will be displayed from Memorial Day until Veterans Day. There is also limited space of around 166 spots this year so make sure to turn in the form fast! All orders must be postmarked on or after October 1, 2021

Email a high quality picture electronically (scanned at 600 dpi or higher) to ecmilitarybanners@gmail.com with your name or include with the completed form. (VIEW PRINTABLE FORM)

Those interested are asked to make their $100 check payable to: Ellwood City Military Banners, PO Box 904, Ellwood City, PA 16117.

The project is being led by Gabrielle Gretch, a Riverside graduate, who sought to start the project last October.
